Architecture Review Committee

Virginia State Laws, the Seneca Chase Homeowners Association Covenants, the ARC Guidelines, and Loudoun County Codes dictate that our homes are kept well maintained and painted, and that vehicles are kept properly registered and are not stored in our community.  The ARC monitors our community, addresses any violations, and takes action as needed to ensure that all residents comply with the regulations mentioned above.

Seneca Chase is considered a very desirable neighborhood.  A little work by the ARC, the Board of Directors, and Homeowners who maintain their homes and properties goes a long way. Tasteful additions and remodeling keep home prices rising, and these improvements yield quick contracts with prospective buyers.
