 All Seneca Chase residents are encouraged to attend our annual all-resident meeting.  Come out to meet your board and your neighbors, discuss concerns, and hear our officer’s annual reports.  Topics will include increasing resident dues, trash and landscaping contract renewals, the Architecture Review Committee, and other important issues.
